Falafel


Chick peas, two cans of.


Onions, roughly chopped, two.
Garlic, diced, seven cloves of.
Bread, stale and crumbled, one slice of.
Cilantro, chopped, one bunch of.


Sea salt, Sesame seeds, and ground cumin, two teaspoons of.
Red pepper flakes, one teaspoon of.
Coriander, Cardamon seed, ground, 1.5 teaspoons of.


Oh word my cat pussed out!? Fine, she ain’t gettin none.


Grind chickpeas, onions, garlic, bread and cilantro in food processor.
Add spices, 4 tablespoons of flour and 1 of baking powder. Mix.


Mold.


Fry. In 375 degree oil.


EAT. On pita bread with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.
